1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 345wen platform (accessible at 345wen.org and all associated mobile and web interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the 345wen Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any applicable game-specific rules — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 345wen platform. Continued access to or use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 345wen platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 345wen strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, including during account registration, bonus claims, and withdrawal processing.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on 345wen's consumer gaming platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by 345wen or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 345wen employee or contractor, unless explicit written permission has been granted by 345wen's compliance team.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information — including falsified age data — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 345wen platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 345wen actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and behavioural signals. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

345wen is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photo of JazzCash/EasyPaisa account, bank card, or wallet)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits, where required by compliance procedures

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days of the request will result in account restriction. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts exceeding 345wen's internal verification thresholds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345wen account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 345wen strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 345wen support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All 345wen accounts for Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless a cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction applies. 345wen is not responsible for currency fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

345wen accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in your account dashboard.

Deposits are typically credited to your 345wen account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions. 345wen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, excluding periods of exceptional demand or technical maintenance.

345wen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual account activity has been flagged by the fraud monitoring system.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds that have been deposited but not subjected to at least one wagering cycle (i.e., funds that have never been placed as a bet or used in a game) may be subject to a processing fee or administrative review before withdrawal, at 345wen's discretion. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5 before they become withdrawable.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

345wen offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts only. 345wen reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 345wen account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific game or promotion specifies a different order.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

345wen actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, using low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, and exploiting errors in promotional configurations. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, instant games (including Ludo Quick and Go Goal Bingo), and virtual sports available on 345wen are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules available within each game's interface:

• All games on 345wen use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by these RNG systems and cannot be influenced by 345wen, players, or third parties.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a round, 345wen's system will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your account. Winnings from incomplete rounds will not be paid.
• All bet amounts and game results are recorded in 345wen's system logs. In the event of a dispute, these logs constitute the authoritative record of game activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. 345wen reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• 345wen reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without notice.

7 Sports & Cricket Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 345wen's sports and cricket betting markets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 345wen will not reverse confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.

7.2 Odds & Market Changes

345wen offers both pre-match and live in-play betting. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 345wen reserves the right to suspend markets, remove markets, or adjust odds at any time, including during live events.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned to your account — in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met (as defined in the relevant sport's rules).
• The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error or at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error on 345wen's part.
• The event outcome cannot be verified from official sources within a reasonable timeframe.
• The bet violates 345wen's betting rules or these Terms & Conditions.

7.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20I markets, the following additional rules apply: matches reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. If no official result is declared and the match cannot be replayed, the relevant markets will be voided. Ball-by-ball live betting markets are subject to a brief delay between real-world events and market availability on 345wen's platform — this delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation of settled bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 345wen platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 345wen platform under any identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity or payment details.
• Collusion: Working in coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, as described in Section 5.2.
• Prohibited software: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the 345wen platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from 345wen.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the 345wen platform to gain financial advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the 345wen platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illicit financial activity.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 345wen staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 345wen's systems, databases, or other users' accounts through any technical means.

9 Responsible Gaming

345wen is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. The platform operates under an international gaming licence that mandates the provision of responsible gaming tools and the enforcement of age verification protocols. All real-money gaming on 345wen is strictly for players aged 21 years and above.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 345wen account holders and can be activated at any time from your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account. All self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications about the duration of your current gaming session.
• Activity Reports: Request a full breakdown of your gaming activity, including net losses, time spent, and transaction history.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders at defined intervals during gameplay to encourage breaks and reflective decision-making.

9.2 Player Protection Obligations

345wen reserves the right to proactively contact players showing signs of problem gambling behaviour and to impose temporary or permanent account restrictions without the player's request where the platform's responsible gaming monitoring systems flag a concern. This includes but is not limited to: significantly increased deposit frequency, chasing loss patterns, and repeated reversal of self-exclusion requests.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 345wen platform — including but not limited to the 345wen brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 345wen or its licenced content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345wen platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 345wen content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of 345wen intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wen and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 345wen platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Technical faults, service interruptions, or platform downtime
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds and game statistics

345wen's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 345wen's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by 345wen

345wen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the platform's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 345wen account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned after completion of standard withdrawal verification procedures. Note that account closure via self-exclusion (Section 9) takes effect immediately and is processed separately from a standard account closure request.

13 Amendments to These Terms

345wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons that necessitate immediate implementation.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page at 345wen.org/terms-conditions, with the effective date and version number displayed at the top. Your continued use of the 345wen platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345wen holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 345wen's internal dispute resolution process.

14.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

To raise a dispute or complaint, contact the 345wen support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed description of the issue, including relevant dates, bet IDs, or transaction references. 345wen will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.

14.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with 345wen's response to a formal dispute, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with 345wen's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided in 345wen's formal dispute response.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
